![]() Worship is equivalent to prayer, but raises favor by a larger amount.Īt the start of your playthrough (after the intro sequence or when you reach level 2, same as Survival Mode), a dialog box appears, allowing you to choose a deity based on your race. You can also worship at the shrine of your deity. Some deities may restrict prayer to specific times or locations. While you can pray as often as you wish, praying at least once a day is sufficient to raise your favor as fast as possible there is no additional benefit to repeatedly praying in quick succession or praying for long amounts of time. Use the Praypower to kneel and enter a meditative state, raising your favor and displaying your current favor. You can only worship one deity at a time. If favor drops to 0%, the deity will abandon you. Ignoring your religious duties or violating their taboos will cause your favor with the deity to gradually diminish. Upon reaching 100%, you become a Devoteeand receive a second gift that is a dramatic manifestation of the deity's power on Tamriel. Some deities can only be worshipped by certain races or after completing a quest.Īdhering to the tenets, praying, and worshipping at their shrine will raise your favor with your deity. Followers receive a subtle gift, the Praypower, and a list of religious tenets. The load times are about the same as I got on my laptop with an SSD and markedly better than the PS4 app on the SSD atleast.įor people getting the save corruption bug, do you return to main menu before closing the app or just from in game? Wonder if that has any impact.Whenever you use a shrine, a dialog box appears, allowing you tobecome a Followerof that deity. And it locks certain content behind multiplayer (like the new fucking cars!) Game wasn't made for racing and this new DLC just. I am very disappointed in the new DLC and the apparently rampant bugs, especially on Xbox by the sound of it. I'm not disappointed as it was free and I finally have 60FPS Snowrunner and I really enjoy that. Might just be due to the resolution increase but the smoke plumes seem bigger too. The main graphical update I noticed outside the obvious was the increased particle/alpha effects, the smoke that pumps out of exhausts can get in the way of your view now if your close up and overall volumetric effects look better. Thats such a small graphical thing that the PS5 could handle that goes a long way. They didn't turn up screen space reflections so it's still the extremely basic backgrounds that hardly match surroundings and most materials don't have reflections. This is also a small one bit it actually has really bugged me as it goes a long way towards improving graphical quality. I would have loved to see support akin to GTAVs driving feedback. it's generic and not actually based on terrain or contextual movement, no adaptive trigger support. I don't mind the speaker stuff and I normally hate that, but the controller rumble is neat for about 8 seconds until you realise. The haptics and Dual sense implementation is definitely a big let down. Looks like I'll continue my hard-mode on PC. Slight graphics changes and a glitchy dual sense implementation, sounds like a one week of work for a development team at most. How that happened? PS5 has faster SSD.ĭespite some issues it still an improvement over PS4 version but this patch is not like we expected to see with "next-gen" label. The worst thing that when you damage a tire only by 2 percent (49/50), you'll get constant annoying vibration like you have a flat tire.ģ) Load time is faster but ~15-20% slower than on my laptop. It means dual sense has no clear advantage on PS5. Just look at the door, PC version on top, "WARNING" sign is much crisper despite lower resolution:Ģ) No adaptive triggers support. I use laptop with GeForce 3060 which has less performance than PS5. Even though PS5 runs at 4k and on PC I use 1440p, PS5 looks blurry due to usage of the worst antialiasing algorithm TAA. Sharpness is not even near the PC version. ![]() So this next gen update must made me switch to PS5 but we've got a problem. However playing on PS5 has it's own advantages (it's always connected to the TV, no Windows updates mess, etc.). I used PS5 dual sense controller on PC and enjoyed 60+fps with VRR and 1440p.
